The idea that FBI investigations would be able to be carried out normally if they publicized a list of everyone who they were watching before they arrested them is complete nonsense.
The ridiculousness of this concept is mind-blowing.

It is also NOT illegal to call for violence as this is protected by free speech; please note the precedent of Brandenburg versus Ohio.
While directly threatening an individual with violence is not protected, a general call for violence, even if directed against a community or individual, e.g., "Death to The Zionists"/ "Palestinians should be executed publicly!" / "Mandami should be shot!" / "Netanyahu should be shot!", etc, is protected free speech, including when it's against us or done by us.
It is also not illegal to preach on the public streets WITHOUT ANY PERMIT, even when using amplification as long as the volume is below any local ordinance decibel level and you're not breaking any local noise curfew, for example, loud noise must be stopped by 10:00 p.m. in some areas.
Expressing your religious beliefs in public is protected free speech so please don't come out and think you're flexing by saying you're going to call the police, like the people did in Evanston at the JVP event. Just like in Evanston, the police will merely make us aware of who is calling the police on us and trying to infringe on our freedom of speech.
